Step One

Get in touch

First things first, you can get in touch via our website and our Showroom Manager will give you a call back to get a better idea of your project requirements. From that call we'll book you in with a designer to explore the details further - we'll get to know you, your lifestyle, and your design preferences. Once we have an idea of who you are as an individual, couple or family, we then get to work on creating an innovative design concept.

Step Two

The design stage

Our team will then start to make your ideas a reality. When we have an initial design, we present it back to you and take on board any comments and amendments or suggestions you may have. If you're able to, this is when you'll be encouraged to visit our showroom so we can show you our displays, and run through various samples and materials with you. The design stage is perhaps the most time-consuming part of our process: our attention to detail is unparalleled because we want the space to be everything you've dreamed of. Once the design concept is perfect, we'll start creating it. We're proud to say every piece of cabinetry is hand-built by our dedicated team in our Lancashire workshop.

Step Three

Bringing your kitchen to life

Your designer will keep you updated on progress throughout your project, including an installation timescale. Once we've crafted your kitchen, it's time for the installation, which is easily the most satisfying part of the process. All of our cabinetry is spray painted in the workshop, then finished by hand after installation - for an authentic finish to ensure it looks it's best. We love seeing weeks of hard work come to fruition, and knowing the design will enhance your day-to-day living and be enjoyed for many years to come!
